Prenton Carers Group
- Where – Prenton Resource Centre, 227 Prenton Hall Road
- When – 1 st Wednesday in every month 6.30 –8.30 pm
- Who is it for? – carers who come under the Pensby Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) or Wirral Assertive Outreach Service (WAOS)
- What goes on – mutual support, speakers, activities
- Who runs it – Sue Davies Family Support Worker Pensby CMHT , supported by Jan Griffin WAOS

West Kirby Support and Drop-in
- Where – United Reform Church , Meols Drive, West Kirby
- When - last Tuesday in every month 12 –2 pm
- Who is it for? – carers who come under the Pensby Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) or Wirral Assertive Outreach Service (WAOS)
- What goes on – drop-in support and advice
- Who runs it – Sue Davies Family Support Worker Pensby CMHT supported by Jan Griffin WAOS

Union Street Carers Support Group
- Where – Union Street Day Centre, Union Street Seacombe, Wallasey
- When – Inaugural meeting February 7 th 2006 , 2-4 pm then 1 st Tuesday 2 –4 pm
- Who is it for? – Carers who come under the Wallasey Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) or Wirral Assertive Outreach Service (WAOS)
- What goes on – mutual support, speakers, activities plus social networking
- Who runs it – Karen Davies Family Support Worker Wallasey CMHT and Rod Elton Carers Assessors supported by Jan Griffin WAOS

At the time of going to print – March 2006 – there is no Family Support Worker for the Birkenhead CMHT and no carers support group attached to that team. Please contact Rod Elton Carers Assessor (0151-488- 7708) for details of developments later in the year.
Clatterbridge Drop-in
- Where – Clatterbridge Hospital Resource Centre within psychiatry occupational therapy department
- When – 2 nd Wednesday each month 4.00 – 6.00 pm
- Who is it for – Carers visiting the wards
- What goes on – mutual support, advice and guidance
- Who runs it – Carer Link staff from the wards supported by the Family Support Workers.
