WAADDSUP – ADHD/ADD support Group - Wirral
Location -  Albany Hall, Albany Road, Tranmere, Wirral
Times -  3rd Wednesday of each month, 6.30pm till 9.00pm
The group is informal. It is an opportunity to meet others who's lives are affected by ADHD / ADD, share information and gain support. Coffee and tea are provided. The group also has access to a library of books relevant to ADHD / ADD.

The stresses of everyday life, coping with family, work, money worries and relationship issues can lead to loneliness, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and even fear.  Take part in one of our self-development courses, join us for a fun day out, or enjoy one of our nurturing holistic therapies such as aromatherapy massage.  Alternatively, you can simply use the entre to find a bit of space, sometime out and a listening ear.

The Group runs on Tuesdays between 11:30pm – 4:00pm at 66 Woodside Business, Shore Rd, Birkenhead (next door to the main Advocacy Office), and is facilitated by Lilian Baker.
The Women’s Group has been running since April 2008 and is open to any woman who experiences anxiety, stress or depression, or women who may feel a little ‘down’ and/or isolated.
