The Zero Centre is Wirral's only dedicated domestic abuse drop-in centre. We support women, children and males under 18 who have suffered domestic abuse. We offer one-to-one support, outreach support, legal advice, support groups, counselling, healing programmes for children, empowerment programmes for women and Domestic Violence Training for agencies.
We have very successful programmes which help abused women and children move onto an increased quality of life. Leapfrog programme is a programme for children aged 5 - 11 who need help in overcoming their experience of domestic violence. The programme is enabling, encouraging and supportive. Venus programme is open to women of all ages and raises awareness, self esteem and increases motivation for change.
